They definitely do their best to serve everyone fairly and in order! Panera as a whole has definitely moved towards prioritizing mobile orders, but this location still offers in-cafe dining when you can order it. The food is usually pretty good with some mistake orders here and there. Overall good! I would recommend this location for a general Panera experience.
On this day I was wanting something that would be delicious and fill the sadness in my heart. Food is my therapy. I love your soups and salads, especially the summer favorite, Strawberry Poppy seed chicken salad. Normally my salads at various Paneras are good. This salad today was PERFECT AND EXCEPTIONALLY made! Kalay went above and beyond! It was a true piece of food art, a masterpiece! Which is to say this salad should be featured in your adds and commercials. We don't always get what is depicted in the media. I personally feel I got the GOLD STAR of salads today. THANK YOU KALAY for not only making a BEAUTIFUL salad but for making my day brighter!
I came to this location recently to get some carryout. My car broke down and was in the shop, and I looked at renting a vehicle. It was a ridiculous price to rent a car, so I was without a car, and my buddy was giving me a ride home from work. In hindsight, I should have downloaded the app and ordered before arriving. I don’t think they prioritize people who are there vs. online orders. I ordered the Deli Turkey Sandwich and the Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup. Both items were delicious! What I hated about the visit was that it was 20 minutes from the time I ordered until I got my food. This brings me back to the online orders, and Door Dash was booming Other than the wait, everything else was great!
Was there for lunch yesterday and was greeted by one of the friendliest smiles by the woman named Tracy at the front counter. It was a very busy lunchtime and Tracy was super at multitasking and still kept an upbeat and friendly disposition. I will be back to this location because of her.
